Tess Koontz
Communications Assistant

Tess is a remote Communications Assistant, continuing her work at Creation Justice Ministries after serving a one-year, on-site volunteer term with Brethren Volunteer Service. She is a sophomore at the University of New Hampshire studying American Sign Language/English Interpretation and International Affairs. With the hope of becoming an interpreter, her passion for activism and accessibility stemmed from her experience as a student school board representative in high school and her volunteer year in Washington, DC with CJM. She is originally from south-central Pennsylvania, where most of her family lives. In her free time, Tess enjoys exploring New Hampshire, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
