REDUCE Act, February 2024
The REDUCE Act reintroduces legislation that was originally introduced in 2021. The goal of this act is to reduce single-use plastics and move towards more sustainable everyday items.

Illegal, Unregulated, and Unreported Fishing, January 2024
This Act will build on prior legislation to reduce the amount of illegal, unregulated, and unreported fishing that occurs by “blacklisting offending vessels from U.S. ports and waters, bolstering the U.S. Coast Guard’s enforcement capabilities, and advancing international and bilateral negotiations to achieve enforceable agreements and treaties.”

Environmental Justice for All, May 2023
This act seeks to achieve environmental justice, health equity, and climate justice for all under-resourced communities. The legislation is rooted in the moral principle that all people have the right to pure air, clean water, and an environment that enriches life, and that federal policy should be responsive to that principle.
