Creation Justice Ministries equips leaders and congregations to turn faith into action through formation, training, and cohort-based leadership development. Programs such as EcoPreacher cohorts, climate leadership retreats, and regional workshops integrate theology, science, and community organizing to prepare leaders for ministry in a climate-changed world. Each year, CJM trains hundreds of leaders through retreats, workshops, and online programs, with over 120 EcoPreachers and 2,500+ training participants annually. These experiences deepen leaders’ confidence, increase the frequency of climate-related preaching and teaching, and catalyze new initiatives in advocacy, education, and resilience. This program emphasizes relational learning, place-based formation, and long-term accompaniment. By bringing together pastors, scientists, and community leaders, CJM fosters networks of support that sustain leadership over time.
