Oak Flat
Oak Flat is currently under immediate threat, as the Trump administration has  move forward with the land transfer to Resolution Copper. While the land transfer has taken place as of March 2026, Indigenous coalitions continue active lawsuits in district and appeals courts to challenge the land transfer and protect religious freedoms.

Blake Plateau

The Blake Plateau, a vast undersea area off the coasts of Georgia, the Carolinas, and Florida, is a sacred and biologically rich treasure that demands our reverence and protection. The Blake Plateau presents a unique opportunity to protect a sacred and biologically vital part of the ocean before it is compromised. Join us in advocating for durable safeguards to preserve this wondrous gift for present and future generations. Learn more here!
Creation Wins!

Good news worth celebrating: recent policy victories for people and the planet.
Two federal courts have now ruled that EPA unlawfully terminated the $7 billion Solar for All program. Solar for All was designed to lower electricity bills for low-income families, create thousands of well-paying jobs, boost American manufacturing, and make the grid more reliable.
