Growing Green Leadership is a new pilot clergy formation initiative designed to equip Episcopal clergy with spiritually deep, practically relevant leadership skills for ministry in a world shaped by climate disruption, social fragmentation, and institutional complexity. This program combines theological formation, leadership practice, and peer learning within a regional cohort of clergy from Eco Region One.
About this Program
Episcopal clergy are uniquely called to guide their communities through times of change, crisis, and renewal. Yet the intersecting realities of climate change, anxiety, and social fragmentation demand new leadership capacities, ones rooted in faith, grounded in spiritual practice, and enriched through community.
