Eco-Preaching Resources

"Everything Will Live Where the River Goes" by Avery Davis Lamb

In April 2026, Creation Justice Ministries' Executive Director Avery Davis Lamb preached at Binkley Baptist Church in North Carolina. Join us in listening to his powerful words about his own experiences with trees, how redlining has impacted tree access and communities, and the dangers that come when there are not enough trees to shade a community. Thankfully, there is an easy solution: plant more trees.Through our tree equity projects, Creation Justice Ministries partners with congregations, national and local faith-based organizations, technical experts, and local governments to plant trees, reduce urban heat, and address environmental injustices in disadvantaged communities. For more information or to see how you can participate in our Tree Equity Projects, visit creationjustice.org/tree-equity.
