Chantal Tademy

Seminary Intern

Chantal L. Tademy is a nonprofit leader with a focus on interactive leadership, adaptive management, strategic innovation, and programmatic refashioning for success. Her genuine care for all of God’s creation, concern for developing healthy communities, and compassion in producing harvests of good deeds is demonstrated in action through her previous work as a Chief Operation Officer for environmental and community justice organizations in the Midwest and in her current consultive work for such organizations. With her own key quote as, “a thriving organization is one in which all members know their connection to the main body, function fully and optimally within their given role, and move in cohesion toward the common goal,” she also aims to ensure a work environment where all team members enjoy arriving and thriving. Chantal currently attends Princeton Theological Seminary pursing a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian Education and Formation. She earned a Master of Science in Social Administration and Master of Non-Profit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Baylor University.
